I had a beautiful experience at this resort, tucked away just a few kilometers from the hustle and bustle of Ooty city. The cottages were clean, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. However, our experience was marred by issues with the water heater and slow dinner service. Overall, it was a serene getaway, but not everything was ideal.
